At Zhengzhou Hanyun Hydraulic Breaker Factory, every hydraulic breaker begins its life as carefully selected alloy steel. The SB40 hydraulic breaker recently produced for an Australian client follows the same rigorous process that defines all Hanyun products. Our goal is simple but demanding — to build equipment that performs reliably under continuous impact and the toughest job‑site conditions.

1️⃣ Raw Material Preparation
High‑strength alloys such as 42CrMo are sourced from certified suppliers. Each batch is checked for composition and purity before entering production. The steel bars are cut, rough‑machined, and marked for traceability so that every component’s origin can be tracked throughout the entire manufacturing cycle.

2️⃣ CNC Machining and Precision Forming
The major components — housing, cylinders, piston, bushings, chisels, and pins — are shaped on Doosan CNC machining centers and Japanese grinding systems. This ensures dimensional accuracy and stable tolerance within a few microns. The piston surface is polished to deliver smooth movement and consistent impact energy during operation.

3️⃣ Heat Treatment & Cryogenic Processing
At the heart of Hanyun’s quality is our Aichelin heat‑treatment furnace (USA) combined with –190 °C cryogenic equipment. These technologies strengthen metal structure, balance hardness and ductility, and dramatically improve fatigue resistance. Each component is tested for hardness uniformity to guarantee long life and reliability.

4️⃣ Assembly & Fitting
After inspection, all machined and treated parts move to the assembly line. Here, technicians install the through bolts, seals, piston set, and bushings according to strict torque and clearance standards. Precision digital gauges ensure that alignment between the piston axis and tool shank is perfect — even a slight deviation could affect impact power.

5️⃣ Quality Inspection & Testing
Completed units undergo hydraulic and gas‑pressure tests to verify operating stability, impact frequency, and sealing reliability. Noise and vibration levels are also measured, especially for box‑type or silenced designs. Only after passing every test will a breaker receive its serial number, paint finish, and factory certificate.

From rough steel to final product, each SB‑series breaker reflects Hanyun’s full‑industry‑chain capability. Because we manufacture almost all components in‑house, we can maintain consistent standards, shorten delivery time, and adapt quickly to custom requirements for Soosan SB and Furukawa HB compatible models.
